Who can purchase cannabis at TreeHaus?
Adults aged 21+ with valid identification.
What are the purchase limits? Illinois Residents:
- Up to 30 grams of cannabis flower
- Up to 5 grams of cannabis concentrate
- Up to 500 milligrams of THC in cannabis-infused products
Out-of-State Visitors:
- Up to 15 grams of cannabis flower
- Up to 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate
- Up to 250 milligrams of THC in cannabis-infused products

How often can I purchase cannabis?
State regulations allow one purchase per customer per day.

We accept cash and debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal regulations.

All sales are final. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll assist you.
Is on-site consumption allowed?
No, consuming cannabis products on TreeHaus premises, including the parking lot, is prohibited by law.
Can I purchase cannabis for someone else?
Purchases must be made for personal use only. It is illegal to purchase cannabis on behalf of another person.
Are pets allowed in the dispensary?
Only service animals are permitted inside.
